ARMENIAN TEAM

The activity took place for one hour on December 10, 2022, in Yerevan, RA. The activity was attended by 15 people. The group consisted of both boys and girls aged 17 to 25. They were all volunteers for the "Uniting Bridge" Social NGO.

Armenian participants gave a 15-minute presentation on the training course and shared their experiences with it during the activity. I demonstrated new methods of improvisation to the participants, overcoming various situations with improvisation. We played roles by improvising some situations. Armenian participants shared some of the activities they did during the training. This meeting was crucial because the volunteers were unfamiliar with Erasmus+ projects, but this meeting provided them with an excellent opportunity to learn more about them. Armenian participants displayed photos and videos from the project. Following that, we had a group discussion and a debriefing. We discussed how similar people can improvise differently in different situations and how important it is to master self-understanding skills in order to be culturally aware of others.

Participants' impressions from the training

Arevik Zakaryan: Participation in the "Pimpro" Training Course organized by ACPELIA Cyprus assisted me in developing my youth worker competencies in the field of understanding myself, thereby encouraging others to do the same. This training was a great challenge for me to understand the concept of improvisation and apply it in various situations.

Tatevik Sahakyan: "Pimpro" training was incredibly challenging for me. Because my job requires a lot of concentration and I work with people of all ages and backgrounds, all of the new stress-relieving techniques I learned during training are especially valuable to me.

Arus Abroyan: This project assisted me in improving my mental health, learning new stress management techniques, and balancing my daily life. I am a university student, and this training will help me to (this may sound very funny) improvise when I am not prepared for the lesson.

Vachik Vardanyan: The training was enjoyable for me. Even though I have language issues and don't communicate well, I was doing my best to understand and be understood through gestures. But "Pimpro" was a great opportunity to meet new people from different countries and participate in some activities.
