FOLLOW UP ACTIVITY

Georgian participants made two action as a follow up of the Erasmus + project "Power of Improvisation".

First activity implemented on 5th February 2023 : A meeting was held in the 4th public school in Gori municipality. During the meeting, students were trained on social and youth entrepreneurship and the meaning and importance of the topic in Georgian society. Zurab Macharashvili, the participant of the mentioned Erasmus project, led the meeting, the children received comprehensive information about entrepreneurship and discussed various examples.

Second activity implemented On February 9, 2023 the workshop named "Improvisation in social entrepreneurship" led by Tamar Tskhomelidze and Keti Ukleba , and the process technically was supported by Salome Kurdadze. Action was held in the 150th public school of Tbilisi. 20 schoolchildren, aged 15-18, participated in the workshop. The presented issue and the training process turned out to be very interesting as well as enjoyable for the youngsters. In the first half of the training, the students found out about the importance of improvisation and became aware about 6 rules of improvisation. While explaining all the rules the facilitators did various activities for the participants, which helped them to understand the topic more easily. In the second part of the workshop, we talked about social entrepreneurship and the skills that are essential for social entrepreneurs. We asked the partakers to find the connection between impovisation and social entrepreneurship, the discussion went quit well. At the end, we mentioned some of the succesfull social enterprise examples.

The training course was one of the best experiences for me. The topic of the project was a bit new for me and it helped me to turn my future working process in this field. On the other hand, the participants made a big impact on professional and personal level, because of them unique experience. Sharing is caring - this is an always good way to develop your skills and knowledge and I achieved this during the project.

The training course turned out to be quite fruitful for me, at the same time I was able to demonstrate my own skills and gain new knowledge. The knowledge and experience gained during the training helped me to develop teamwork skills, to better understand my own abilities and to improve my leadership skills. I will take better care of the development of the youth living in my community, because of this project.

Participation in this project gave me a lot of experience, I got the theoretical and practical knowledge and skills that will further develop my work in the youth field. At the same time, the project made an important contribution to my personal development. The project also gave me the opportunity to share the acquired knowledge and experience in my society.

Keti Ukleba

I met very interesting persons during the project. During the process of our communication I changed my position on many different subjects and saw them with the new angle. I've discovered energy and talent in myself. and most importantly, the project showed me how seize the connection between two different fields , like improvisation and social entrepreneurship.
