BULGARIAN TEAM

Participants in our follow-up activity: girls and boys at age between 18 and 21 all from Bulgaria. In the activity in order to keep the Christmas spirit our people had the task to choose a small Christmas present which has to mirror how they see the person to whom they are giving the present. Each person pulled an envelope with random name inside and then chooses a small present based on which person they pulled.

PARTICIPANTS' IMPRESSIONS FROM THE PROJECT:

Daria: This type of projects have 100% chance to become the best experience of your life. Participating in Erasmus+ projects is a great opportunity for the young people. This autumn I was lucky to be part of the project "Power of improvisation". I appreciate all the efforts and time that was put into this and I am grateful for all the good emotions that I experienced. I met some awesome people and made wonderful friendships.

Angie: For me this projest was a great opportunity to challenge myself, step out of my comfort zone and test myself. Luckily, this happened in the welcoming atmosphere of wonderful Cyprus, with the support of friendly and talented people, which allowed me to learn a lot and extend my abilities and point of view.

Eva: The project and everything in it brought me only positive emotions and acquaintances with interesting people. All the activities we held taught me a lot, not only about the subject, but also about myself. Thanks to our wonderful trainers Erma and Eva, I developed valuable skills and had a lot of fun. Cyprus is beautiful and won my heart with delicious food, friendly locals and beautiful sights.

Jean: Erasmus is an experience to be lived at least once in your life! Is about going out of your comfort zone and seeing other ways of living. Is about making friendships, growing up, becoming more independent and having a great time in Cyprus! I'm very grateful for being a part of the "POWER OF IMPROVISATION" project and for letting me meet with wonderful and bright-minded people that made this experience even better! The activities were unique as spending our time indoors and also outdoors to develop competencies, social skills and an entrepreneurial mindset through applied improvisation. After this project I've learned to improve my mood and energy level as well as reduce stress, avoid burning out and find creativity and clarity in my life. Being in this project wasn't just understanding and sense of Improvisation as a tool for personal development but also about learning useful tools to use during training sessions with Youth Workers and also how to gain social awareness in my community.
