DISSEMINATION PLANS

ACPELIA CYPRUS/ Dissemination Plan

ACPELIA team created the webpage of the project. Following the selection of the beneficiaries, a communication and information exchange group was set up between the youth, foundation, and local community working groups. To achieve the best possible diffusion results, each individual action during the implementation of the program was documented and made public through photographic and videotaped material during and after the completion of the program. These, together with printed material, were the basis of the campaign for the dissemination of our results. The Erasmus + Outcome Platform was used, which offers a comprehensive presentation of all Erasmus + funded projects, highlighting projects, good practices, and further dissemination of learning outcomes.

The participants in the project, after complete preparation and guidance, were able to use their experience by organizing workshops, under the guidance of the team leader, where they were able to transfer the know-how acquired during the program implementation. The youth act as educators-multipliers in the local community and delivered material for information and awareness of those interested. Each participant, during a specific time, was publishing relevant material on the association's website, to inform all interested parties about the results of the project and extensive information was provided from the first day that was organized. All the announcements were gathered and sent from the youth to the local press and to the association's collaborating bodies, as well as the material with the used training material during the project was presented and distributed to youth organizations and associations from all the members.

In all our projects that we implement we are making open webpages to the public which always are there for a long time after the end of the project. Some examples of previous projects that were implemented by our organisation through the coordination of Nikolas the president of the applicant organisation our president are the following:

BYPU "New Faces" (Belarus)/ DISSEMINATION PLAN

We shared the result online and offline:

Online: We shared it on our social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram...) and also published articles in our Blog written by our participants. This kind of activities reached people at local, national and international levels.

Offline: We organized dissemination events in our office to share the information with other members of our organization and the organizations in Belarus. Also, we organized events in participants' schools.

As a dissemination of the results after follow-up activities we plan to create a youth community interested in the topic and ready to learn this dimension inside New Faces. Also, collaboration with other NGOs and European College of Liberal Arts are planned in order to disseminate the results and go further in development.

Political situation in Belarus and attacks and repressions in address of the NGO sector brought a lot of challenges in terms of the visibility of the work. Since the situation remained difficult, we were obliged to use closed telegram channels and our trustful resources only to disseminate the results of the project to ensure the security of participants of the project, members and representatives of NGO as well as those who are interested in participation in follow-up activities.

NGO Kreaktiva, Croatia/ Dissemination Plan

Covid-19 has pushed us to do all our activities in the open, even though we were very active even before on this topic. Slowly it has opened new doors for us, allowing us to try new types of activities with young people and nature was one of the directions that have proven to be very interesting and many of our members very gladly take part and new youngsters join. We invite young people to take a very active part in planning the activities after exchanges by providing them with the space and place to implement them. It will be also done after and in between your YE organized within this project. Our members will be supporting the implementation of small local activities in connecting with Nature which is a core of our NGO youthwork. We will share our results with the local government, other NGOs that we implement activities with and schools who are involved in any of the activities. We plan to organize at least one activity in all of the areas of circular economy and "R" letters that are promoted by this project because our youngsters are very interested in this. Also, we have organized these types of activities before, with elderly members of our local communities and the unemployed so this might be a good direction for the promotion of this project too.

We support participants in the creation of their own activities and also support them by planning the workshop, so they invite their peers, friends, and family members and we create an event for multiple generations each time. This cross-generational activity has shown us that the inclusion if different local stakeholders are the best promotion of our activities and nobody feels excluded. This type of activity also empowers young people because it shows them how much they can accomplish and what they can create, which is something they have never done before. Small local initiatives are something that has been proven as a good tool for the inclusion of different age groups and also for empowerment.
