EVALUATION

The program was subject to continuous evaluation throughout its implementation. However, minor adjustments were made to ensure the project's activities were comfortable for all organizations and participants during its nine-month lifespan. As a result, the project's central idea remained stable and unchanging. Particularly, the evaluation was divided into the following sections:

(a) An initial evaluation was conducted through a discussion in a webinar with the representatives from organizations in July 2022 and a webinar with participants in September 2022. The whole project's timetable was analyzed and evaluated as an idea. Since the assessment was positive, we maintained the timetable as scheduled.

(b) The next evaluation (the middle evaluation) was conducted every day in 10-minute self-reflection sessions at the end of each day with the participants. In these self-reflective evaluations, we were hearing what changes participants wanted to make to improve their stay in the hotel and working space. The questions that were raised during this middle evaluation of the training concerned what they liked and disliked, what they expected as educational outcomes, what they thought about the whole organization up to that point, and whether there was anything that bothered them, in order to discuss and implement necessary changes.

(c) Another evaluation was done on the last day of the activities (3rd of December 2022) through an online questionnaire with multiple-choice and open-ended questions about each activity and the whole project up to that point. The results of this evaluation were analyzed and can be downloaded below. The evaluation report was used to facilitate discussion between all the trainers and organizers of the training to improve performance in future comparable training sessions.

(d) In addition to the aforementioned, a more accurate evaluation was conducted via a general report that had to be produced by all organizations to evaluate our activities, as well as the meeting venue, the meals, the social events, and generally all the logistics and stages. The evaluation of the organizations came through the reports and dissemination that participants did in their home countries concerning the results of the program.

(e) In addition to the evaluation reports, we requested that all organizations write their own evaluation letters through the assistance of the participants in order to obtain an overall report from each organization for the whole implementation of the project. The evaluation letters can be found on the project's website: https://pimpro.webnode.co.uk/evaluation-letters2/

(f) Moreover, participants had the opportunity to self-evaluate the project's results through the Youthpass framework according to what they believed they had gained subjectively.

Our organization received numerous opinions as a result of the aforementioned evaluations, and we worked to enhance our future applications to be more proactive and prudent in multiple areas.
