Follow-up activity of PIMPRO project - Poland
To apply the understanding and proficiency acquired during the Power of Improvisation Project, we decided to start a science club called Koło przedsiębiorców at University of Białystok. We conducted a workshop for students who have entrepreneurs ambitions and want to join it. In the highest point there were sixteen participants of the workshop, including (MA Andrzej Parafiniuk). The first meeting of the science club took place at 16:000 in co-working zone in Galeria Alfa Białystok and lasted for 2 hours. Initially, the fundamentals of improvisation were introduced to the students, followed by a stimulation to utilize the improvisation technique in crafting their personal projects.
We started the workshop with a typical warm-up based on starting each day during training in Cyprus. In this case, we lined up in a circle and created a story on a given topic, always using the next letter of the alphabet. Then we split into small groups to start the target task.
The individuals taking part in the project were required to locate the most effective techniques and approaches for incorporating social entrepreneurship into their business plans, including incorporating elements of innovation and improvisation. Our workshop aimed to inspire students to cultivate a creative mindset and enhance their soft skills, particularly in the areas of communication and stress management. This was achieved by imparting the foundational principles of improvisation during the workshop sessions.
The week spent in Cyprus and the exercises and workshops prepared by Acpelia Cyprus, were a great inspiration for us, which is why we plan to continue regularly and expand our knowledge on the subject of the PIMPRO project, focusing on the aspects of social entrepreneurship.

ENG: In late November and December 2022 I took part in Erasmus+ training course "Power of Improvisation" in Cyprus. The project looked at how improvisation is used in several facets of life, particularly in social entrepreneurship. The workshop was outstanding because of the enthusiastic and engaged attendees from eight different nations, the exceptionally gifted and committed educators, and the lovely Cyprus site of Pissouri. I got the chance to participate in a variety of interesting events, one of which was a spectacular performance in Limassol on a stage in an amphitheater. Cultural evenings gave attendees a glimpse into the customs and cultures of various nations. Everything was carefully thought out and the project was well-organized. Each of the seminars and exercises offered distinct and innovative experiences due to their extreme variety and creativity. I acquired fresh life experiences, friends from various nations, priceless knowledge, and abilities that I have already had the chance to apply in my career as a result. I'm incredibly appreciative of the chance to learn in such a lovely setting.
PL: Na przełomie listopada i grudnia 2022 roku brałam udział w szkoleniu Erasmus+ "Power of Improvisation" na Cyprze. Projekt dotyczył tego, jak improwizacja jest wykorzystywana w różnych aspektach życia, a w szczególności w przedsiębiorczości społecznej. Warsztaty były wyjątkowe dzięki entuzjastycznym i zaangażowanym uczestnikom z ośmiu różnych krajów, wyjątkowo utalentowanym i zaangażowanym edukatorom oraz uroczemu cypryjskiemu miejscu Pissouri. Miałam okazję uczestniczyć w wielu interesujących wydarzeniach, z których jednym był spektakularny występ w Limassol na scenie w starożytnym amfiteatrze. Wszystko zostało dokładnie przemyślane, a projekt był dobrze zorganizowany. Każde z seminariów i ćwiczeń oferowało odrębne i innowacyjne doświadczenia dzięki ich niezwykłej różnorodności i kreatywności. Wieczory kulturalne pozwoliły uczestnikom poznać zwyczaje i kulturę różnych narodów. Nie tylko poznałam nowych zagranicznych przyjaciół ale zdobyłam również bezcenną wiedzę i umiejętności, które już miałam okazję wykorzystać w mojej karierze. Jestem niezmiernie wdzięczna za możliwość nauki w tak pięknym otoczeniu.

ENG: I recently participated in the "Power of Improvisation" project, from 26th November to 4th December 2022, which was my first Erasmus+ experience. The project explored the use of improvisation in various aspects of life, mainly in social entrepreneurship. The training was amazing with positive and active participants from 8 countries, very talented and devoted trainers, and a beautiful location in Cyprus - Pissouri. I had the opportunity to take part in various engaging activities, including a memorable performance on an amphitheater stage in Limassol. Cultural evenings provided insight into the cultures and traditions of other countries.The project was well-organized and everything was thoughtfully planned out. The workshops and exercises were highly varied and imaginative, each one offering unique and creative experiences. As a result, I gained new life experiences, friends from different countries, valuable knowledge, and skills which I have already had an opportunity to use in my work. I am very grateful for this opportunity to learn in such a wonderful and conductive environment.
PL: Projekt Erasmus + "The Power of Improvisation" odbył się w urzekającej miejscowości Pissouri na Cyprze, przyjemny śródziemnomorski klimat i urzekająca przyroda przyczyniły się do przemiłej atmosfery panującej na projekcie i bardzo owocnej pracy. Trenerzy byli zaangażowani, a ćwiczenia i warsztaty bardzo zróżnicowane i przydatne w życiu zawodowym. Niezapomniany tydzień - jestem bardzo wdzięczna wszystkim, którzy umożliwili mi uczestnictwo w tym fantastycznym projekcie!

ENG: The project about improvisation in business was the most interesting project I've been to, the people I met are wonderful. The project took place in a charming town and the weather was beautiful. The substantive aspect of the project was very well prepared and the teachers conducted the classes in a really interesting way.
PL: Projekt o Improwizacji w biznesie był najciekawszym projektem na jakim byłam, ludzie których poznałam są cudowni. Projekt odbył się w uroczej miejscowości a pogoda była piękna. Kwestia merytoryczna projektu była bardzo dobrze przygotowana i prowadzacy zajęcia prowadzili je naprawde w ciekawy sposób.

ENG: Training Course in Cyprus was one of those experiences that I will remember for the rest of my life. Amazing weather, atmosphere, nature, food and people. It was my first TC and I must say that the classes were meticulously prepared, each had a deeper meaning and nothing was spontaneous. I had been to a couple of regular Young Exchanges before and none of them could compare to this experience due to the organization and selection of participants. Despite the tense and interesting schedule of the day, there was also some free time. I personally hiked most of the nearby paths admiring the beautiful Cypriot nature, walking on the cliff and bathing in the sea. In the program we had unusual classes, for example, acting in the ancient theater, where we also had some free time to explore. I met great people, but what I remember most was the smiles of our organizers, who were very patient in explaining the tasks to us calmly, and always tried to show their nationality from the best side.
PL: Szkolenie na Cyprze było jednym z tych doświadczeń, które zapamiętam do końca życia. Niesamowita pogoda, atmosfera, przyroda, jedzenie i ludzie. To był mój pierwszy TC i muszę powiedzieć, że zajęcia były bardzo skrupulatnie przygotowane, każde miało głębszy sens i nic nie było spontaniczne. Byłem wcześniej na kilku zwykłych "Young Exchange" i żadna z nich nie mogła się równać z tym doświadczeniem ze względu na organizację i dobór uczestników. Harmonogram był napięty, ze względu na krótki czas, jednak znalazło się również trochę czasu wolnego. Osobiście przewędrowałem większość pobliskich ścieżek podziwiając piękną cypryjską przyrodę, spacerując po klifie i kąpiąc się w morzu wieczorem i rano. W programie mieliśmy nietypowe zajęcia, np. aktorstwo w antycznym teatrze, gdzie również mieliśmy trochę wolnego czasu na zwiedzanie. Poznałam wspaniałych ludzi, ale najbardziej utkwiły mi w pamięci uśmiechy naszych organizatorów, którzy bardzo cierpliwie tłumaczyli nam na spokojnie zadania i zawsze starali się pokazać swoją narodowość z jak najlepszej strony.
